At Moe Webb Corporation, we were founded on a simple but powerful belief — that every person, regardless of age or ability, deserves to live in a safe, stable, and comfortable home.
We saw seniors and individuals with disabilities facing utility shutoffs and pest infestations with nowhere to turn. Not because help didn't exist — but because the system wasn't designed to reach them quickly and directly.
So we built something different. Moe Webb Corporation moves fast, cuts through the red tape, and pays utility companies and licensed pest control providers directly — so the people we serve get real help, not just referrals.
We are proud to be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the greater Decatur & Atlanta, Georgia community.
Our Mission
To provide direct financial assistance — paid to utility providers and licensed pest control vendors — on behalf of seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers of children with disabilities, so they can remain safely and comfortably in their homes.

Our mission prioritizes essential home‑safety services — beginning with pest control and utility support — while expanding into transportation assistance as funding allows. We serve with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to standing in the gap for those who cannot stand alone.”

Founder’s Message
There are moments in life when purpose doesn’t whisper — it speaks.For me, that moment came during a simple conversation with a senior who was still working full‑time.
She told me she had reached out to a well-known pest control company, but the price was so high for so little that she finally asked if they offered a senior discount. Then she said something that stayed with me long after the conversation ended:
“I never use the senior discount because I feel like it’s for people who really need it.”
In that moment, I saw something deeper than a bill or a discount. I saw a generation of Baby Boomers who have spent their entire lives working hard, paying their bills, raising families, and doing everything they could to stay independent — even when the cost of living keeps rising around them.
I saw seniors who hesitate to ask for help, not because they don’t need it, but because they don’t want to take from someone else. I saw dignity. I saw pride. I saw quiet struggle.
And right then, something in my spirit said:
“Lord… we gotta work something out.”
That moment became the seed of the Senior Discount Match Program — a program created for the seniors who fall through the cracks, who don’t qualify for traditional assistance, who still work, who don’t receive government benefits, and who rarely ask for help even when they need it.
At Moe Webb Corporation, we believe support should be available to every senior who has spent a lifetime giving. We believe in honoring their independence, respecting their dignity, and offering help without judgment or barriers.
This organization was built on compassion, community, and the belief that a little help can go a long way. And as long as there are seniors who feel unseen, unheard, or unqualified for support, we will continue to stand in that gap.
