After a qualifying individual is approved, Moe Webb Corporation makes direct payments to their utility provider — covering electric, gas, or water bills. Payments go straight to the utility company on the client's behalf, ensuring funds are used exactly as intended. No money is given directly to the individual.
What This Prevents:
• Utility shutoffs that can lead to dangerous living conditions
• Heat-related illness in summer and hypothermia in winter
• Loss of power for life-sustaining medical equipment
• Forced displacement from a familiar, stable home environment

Seniors age 60 and older, adults with a documented disability, and adults who are caregivers for a child with a documented disability — who are experiencing a utility crisis or are at risk of disconnection.
Licensed Pest Control Services

Moe Webb Corporation coordinates and funds professional pest control treatments through licensed pest management companies. We pay the licensed pest control vendor directly — the client receives the treatment at no cost. No money is given directly to the individual.
What This Prevents:
• Infestations of roaches, rodents, bed bugs, and other pests that trigger asthma and allergic reactions
• Health code violations that could jeopardize housing stability
• The spread of pest-borne illness in shared or multi-unit housing
• The physical and emotional burden of an unsafe living environment

Who Qualifies?
You May Qualify If:
• You are age 60 or older, OR you are 65 or older applying for discount assistance
• You are an adult with a documented disability, OR
• You are an adult caring for a child with a documented disability

• You have an active or risk-elevated pest problem in your home (for pest control)
• You reside in our service area
